The Noisy Brain Cookbook

Picture recipes for adults with ADHD

Make cooking brainless

As an ADHD-er, I used to eat a lot of junk & takeaways. I basically "grazed" my way through early adulthood. But, all hell broke loose every time I cooked; even when I followed a recipe to the letter.

Eventually, I realised most recipes were just not built for an ADHD brain. You know what I mean - long paragraphs, unspecific instructions, unrealistic order of tasks, no cues & reminders etc.

So, I sought to rewrite recipes I want to cook. Since then, cooking "proper meals" feels less daunting & even easy at times.

These recipes have become an essential kitchen companion that keep me on track, in-flow & stress-free for 12 years now. Cooking feels second nature & routined. I hope my cookbook will do the same for you.

Cheers,
Ada Riggo.
